Mechanical Engineering
We design, supply and commission; Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, wet and fire protection services, refrigeration systems, such as cold rooms and freezer rooms, kitchen, laundry and catering equipment, medical services and equipment, lifts and escalators and maintenance of all mechanical equipment
Electrical Engineering
We design, supply and commission; Electrical bulk power supplies, external and internal reticulation of power and lighting systems, fire detection, security services, nurse call systems, UPS, earthing & lightning protection systems, maintenance of stand by generators and power and lighting installations and condition assessments of existing infrastructure
Railway Maintenance & Occupational Health and Safety
We provide; track maintenance and occupational health and safety services, track maintenance planning, health & safety administration, health and safety auditing, reporting and inspections of the railway track, contractors health and safety plans, reviews and recommend approval to track inspector
Who we are
Boricon was founded in February 2020 by two partners, an Electrical Engineer and a Mechanical Engineer. The combined experience of the two directors is in excess of 30 years in the built environment industry with a wide range of practical knowledge in the field of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. This is further complemented by extensive experience and knowledge on the Railway track maintenance.
The company was established precisely to fill in the gap in the local market within the building services and general built environment services. Boricon has unique set of expertise comprising engineering background and construction management skills. This is more so due to amount of rich experience in contracting and consulting business over a long period of time.
